THR IN A CASE OF AVN LEFT HIP
Avascular necrosis left hip leading to secondary osteoarthritis in the hip joint.
This is the 3rd case i am seeing in a patient who got infected with COVID in 2020 and had to be treated with steroids and developed AVN.
Young patient , a non smoker and non alcoholic and no chronic drug intake.
Another secondary complication due to COVID or its management.
Successful total hip replacement done and patient is now comfortable.
