It the angio degeneration of the ecrb tendon inserted near the lateral epicondyle of the elbow.
Symptoms:
Pain on the outer aspect of elbow increased on lifting things/ wrist movements.
Treatment:
Ice packs, anti inflammatory medications and Physiotherapy.
In chronic cases inj steroid /PRP treatment used.
Surgery is rarely needed.
